The staff at Willow dental are fantastic. Calls are always answered and messages left outside office hours always returned next business day. The staff remember your name and remember you.Both dentists are great. I love how Dr. Dian always explains what she is doing and why (no surprises).I have had dental emergencies and they go out of their way to get me in quickly and resolve my issue.Cannot complain about the view from the dental chair.I would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. They were very informative and commuticated well with me on their findings and maoped out a simple plan on how to meet my dental needs.UPDATE Aug 24. - The staff still continue to leave their mark with being kind and educational during my visits. During filling procedures they took care and checked on my well being frequently. Especially with those freezing needles im not a fan of!They're receptive to my financial affordability and recommend dental processes and options that can help me get the best smile i can have!!Definitely recommend this place!

Willow dental is my favorite dentist in Canada. They are reliable and professional. Jam the receptionist is always kind and lovely to patients. Dr. Diana and her team is very calm and skillful so I never get nervous during my treatment. I am going to move out to Port Coquitlam but am going to visit them for my regular check up
